JOB ROLE:

1. Process Improvement.
2. Method Study and Work Measurement
3. Plant Layout and Facility Planning
4. Analyze and document existing operations using methods such as Time and Motion Study
5. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
6. Establish Standard Minute Values (SMVs) for garment operations.
7. Minimize bottlenecks and idle time among workers or machines.
8. Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen techniques to enhance productivity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least bachelors degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
3. Excellent communication Skills
4. Proficiency in MS Excel
5. Residing near F.B Area Karachi
