Thousands of gallons of water is usually needed to achieve the desired washes. Needless to say, this is a huge waste of water and chemicals often get released into the environment during the process. To tackle this issue, we have invested in a biological water treatment plant which has a capacity of 540 m³/day designed to allow us at Star Denim to reuse up-to 70% wastewater in the manufacturing process.

Star Denim also has a Solar Plant Grid-Tie System capacity of 232.80 KW to save the environment . This system will linked with our Electrical system to support electrical energy utilization in over all company.
